Return Policy

Return Policy for Non Defective (items):

(excludes Headphones)

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you exchange or return your product. Please send us an email for a Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number. All products must be in new condition, with all original packaging and accessories. UPC codes must be intact and rebate forms unfilled. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number.

Within 14 days of confirmed receipt of delivery you may return any opened or unused product in its original packaging for a refund less 15% less shipping fee incurred when the item was shipped out to you. Any order that is refused is subject to 15% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways. If any items shows visible signs of damage, missing accessories or use we will return the item back to you and not accept this item back for refund or credit.

Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging in the same condition as sold, including all literature/instructions/documentation, blank warranty cards, and all supplied accessories. If warranty cards or rebate forms are filled, items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Please do not mark the original manufacturer's box with any writing. Ship to us pre-paid. Be sure to write you return authorization on the outside box. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. WattsOnSale is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. A refund will be issued to the original credit card or the original form of payment.

Return Policy for Defective (items):

Defective items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full credit of
original price after receipt and confirmation from our warehouse that the item is indeed defective or damaged. You will not be charged a restocking fee on defective merchandise. We will gladly exchange it at no cost to you. Please note the exact problem or issue so our technician can replicate the error. If the item is found to be non defective you will be charged a restocking fee. Headphones if defective can be exchanged for the same model only.

Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Televisions over 24", Fitness equipment, Large Appliances, Microwaves, Wine Coolers, Humidifiers, Trim kits, Security items, Special Order Merchandise, Marine and Camping Equipment, Sunglasses, Watches, Software, TV's, Computer components, laptops, Tablets, Bikes.
TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor/Large Appliances and Fitness Policies
For Televisions Large Appliances and Fitness equipment our standard shipping is curbside. We do have White Glove delivery available for an additional fee. It includes delivery into your home, inspection and plugging into an electrical outlet. It does not include assembly or any type of installation. White Glove delivery allows you to inspect your equipment for any damages and defects before accepting delivery.
Televisions, Large appliance and Fitness equipment purchases are special orders and cannot be canceled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route. TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitors and Large Appliance orders come with full Manufacturer's Warranties. Most include in-home service.
TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitors and Large Appliances are not returnable to WattsOnSale. If initially defective they must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician. WattsOnSale can help you locate your nearest Authorized Service Technician.
Upon delivery, it is the consumer's sole responsibility to inspect the TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/ Monitor/Large Appliances to insure that it is not physically damaged.
We make every effort to pack your items securely and use reputable shipping companies. It is rare that damages occur.
DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor. Once the consignee signs for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product physically as is and CANNOT refute the charges for a physically damaged unit from that point forward. If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage. Please note all original packaging must be kept in order to file a claim.
If you are refusing the delivery of an undamaged TV or appliance, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS. Shipping charges are $200 each way. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
If your television or appliance does arrive damaged please email our customer service department immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement to be shipped out. Please note that all televisions with 6 or less dead pixels is industry standard for all manufacturer's. There will be no refunds or exchanges for television with 6 or less dead pixels. If a TV or an appliance is shipped to a freight forwarder and signed by the freight forwarder as received with no claims, WattsOnSale is not responsible for the TV at that point. All claims must be filed with your freight forwarder.

Oversize Shipping Policies

Due to the delicate nature of certain products you may be contacted for additional freight or insurance charges.
Cancellation Policy
Please note once an order is billed, WattsOnSale reserves the right to charge a processing fee that varies on the type of the card used if you cancel your order prior to shipping. The fees vary from 2.5% to 3.5%. These amounts will de deducted from your refund.
